University of Illinois at Chicago brief questionnaire of your Covid-19 experience

We are looking for your help during the pandemic! 

As physicians and researchers, we are all tirelessly working on COVID-19. A group from the University of Illinois at Chicago created a brief questionnaire to document the experiences and challenges of healthcare workers fighting COVID-19 worldwide.
This is a study designed by healthcare workers for healthcare workers. Our objective is to collect data that will help build solid foundations for the future of our profession.
