Position Description

BASIC FUNCTION:

The LPN Office Coordinator under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or other overseeing provider is primarily responsible for providing on-site health services to employees in the workplace. The LPN Office Coordinator is responsible for preparing the patient to see the provider including pre-screening processes, which include taking vitals, TB skin test, administering and reading PPD’s, vision and audiogram screenings.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S):

High School Diploma or GED required. Graduation from an accredited LPN Program with a current New York State license or eligibility for limited permit to practice required.

Must be a certified urine drug screen collector and certified breath alcohol technician or eligible.
